We are at the end of a very busy week here at Cocoa Beach. We have kept moving. While Louise knit on Wednesday with the knitting group, Gary found a Senior Center with a live orchestra and dancing. Here you can see a picture of them. Thursday and Friday we spent hours at the fitness center as each of us had an orientation with a trainer and learned an exercise routine. Then we topped it off with activity in the pool.
Saturday Gary had another art lesson, and he has moved on to another painting. While Gary went to class, Louise spent over an hour in the sun reading a book. We stayed at the pool Saturday until it closed.
Today we went on an adventure to Titusville and took a hike through the Enchanted Forest, a park and preserve. We met a few Tiger Cubs there having an outing. The day was beautiful, warm and breezy, and the forest was fun. Unfortunately we didn't have a camera with us. When we left we managed to lock our keys inside the apartment so we couldn't get back in to get it. We plan to go back and take a camera next time.
This coming week we plan to continue our exercise program and Louise is going to try swimming lessons. We will come back home so improved no one will recognize us! Seriously, we are having a wonderful time and enjoying all of it. We wish we could share it with all of you.
