The sky was blue and cloudless. The sun shone all day. A gentle breeze blew through the trees. It was warm. This was the perfect day, the day that people like us from the north came south to find. We both went to a water fitness class this morning, and spent the afternoon in the sun, reading and painting. This evening we went out to a nice Italian restaurant for dinner. It was a perfect day. Our focus in the next few days is going to be fitness. We have each signed up for an orientation at the fitness center for one-on-one instruction on the use of the various pieces of equipment there on Thursday and Friday.
We also spent little time at a park on the Banana River, where you can see Louise standing in the picture.
